The day after Thanksgiving we had a reunion with friends at the Dowrey Creek Marina, Belhaven, NC. Ed and Sally Ballinger from Chicago on s/v Good Old Broad and their boat cat, Crew, docked next to us and visited on Sandpiper. Ann Ringland from Raleigh/Durham, NC drove to see us bringing treats from Trader Joe's and some Texas style brisket BBQ. We had a great time visiting and plan to meet up with these friends again further down the waterway.
