Driving across central Florida there is a unique landscape to see with flat land with swamp, the most productive beef land in the US, and miles of orange orchards and sod farms. The large white Egrets are beautiful to watch as they fish the stream and swamps. We also came across an event called a "mudfest" for which scores of trucks, motorcycles, and speciality vehicles had gathered to drive through 6 to 8 foot deep mud puddles. Amazing!
